Welcome to Janani (the "App"), a pregnancy assistant application provided by Citizen Info Tech Nepal ("we," "us," or "our"). The App offers features such as pregnancy tracking, informational articles, reminders, and community support to assist users during pregnancy. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered through it. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the App with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. Accounts may be linked by phone number for verification, recovery, or multi-device access, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device(s) for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Distribute, sell, or sublicense the App.

If the App is available via app stores (e.g., Google Play or Apple App Store), your use must also comply with their terms.

This is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content. User-generated content (e.g., in forums) is the responsibility of the poster, and we disclaim liability for it.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the App are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without our written permission.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App to harass, spam, or harm others.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Collect or store personal data of other users without consent.
• Violate any laws or regulations.

We may monitor usage and take action against violations.

In-App Purchases and Payments

If the App offers premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, payment terms will be handled through the app store's payment system. All sales are final, subject to the app store's refund policy. We may change pricing at any time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or health-related issues. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
